This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the Coconix online store.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship to:

- APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- Armed Forces addresses using AA, AE, or AP
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands
- Guam
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
- Marshall Islands
- Micronesia
- Any international address outside the United States

If your shipping address is not eligible, your order may not be accepted at checkout or may need to be canceled and refunded.

2. Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping methods and delivery estimates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 business days after order processing.
Cost: Free.

Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days after order processing.
Cost: Free.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high order volume, incorrect address information, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Free shipping

We currently offer free shipping on orders of USD 25 or more.

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

5. Order tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange a replacement shipment or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Delayed, lost, or undeliverable orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can help review the status.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe shown at checkout or otherwise promised, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the delayed shipment or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

8. Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@coconix.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us review the issue and find the best solution.
